2012 Chaordic Progress

History shows us that world age endings have triggered cataclysmic shifts that have changed the face of the Earth and altered entire civilizations, and sometimes brought humanhood to near extinction. Does it always have to be that way? That we are moving from one world ge to another surely is not the question. But, the question is how much misery and chaos must accompany this shift?Chaordism refers to a system that blends characteristics of chaos and order. It's the Genesis one thing wherein out of darkness, disorder, and maybe even a semblance of "nothingness" God creates order over six days. The term "chaordic" was coined by Dee Hock, the founder and former CEO of the VISA credit card association. The mix of chaos and order is often described as a harmonious coexistence displaying characteristics of both, with neither chaotic nor ordered behavior dominating. Some hold that nature is largely organized in such a manner; in particular, living organisms and the evolutionary process by which they arose are often described as chaordic in nature. The chaordic principles have also been used as guidelines for creating human organizations -- business, nonprofit, government and hybrids. And? :-) Our lives are a mixture of days filled with peace and order to be followed by days of total destruction, chaos, and one big mess followed after another. Could it be that our lives are just a small replication of the much larger universal pattern? And could it be that what we're experiencing NOW (not on December 21, 2012) is a result of the SHIFT in progress? I embrace the thirty year 2012 transition paradigm that says we began the "transitional journey" somewhere around the harmonic convergence (1986-87) and that we'll have taken the entire trip by 2016-17.Accepting that bring a degree of peace then when we look at the chaotic world of today and the recent past. Can we avoid future unimaginable natural disasters (tornados, hurricanes, tsunamis, droughts, etc.) as well as man-made disasters such as 9-11, economic catastrophe the thirty, ideological wars, and so on? December 21, 2012 is just the "symbol" of year window as we make the 26,000 year cyclical journey: crossing over the galactic plane. The serious question though has to be, can we escape further chaos? Can we avert natural and man-made traumas over the next few years as we complete the "pass-through"? Could it be that we have within us as a people, the power to increase our consciousness to such a degree that we can avert and hold off pending cataclysmic shifts of immense destruction? I do, but will we?What's your take?

Wild 2012 Prophecies Or Truth?

Come Monday, June 15th, the world could look a lot different than it does today. There are at least 3-4 big issues that will have an impact on the balance of the year. Friday, it's the elections in Iran, Saturday it just may be another nuclear test by North Korea, and Sunday Israel gives it's response to Obama's Palestinian state wishes. And then who know what else may come along?

North Korea may be preparing for its third nuclear test, a show of defiance as the United Nations considers new sanctions on the dictatorship for conducting an underground nuclear explosion in May, according to a U.S. government official. North Korea conducted an underground explosion on May 25, its first since a 2006 atomic test. The official, who spoke Thursday on condition of anonymity in order to discuss the unreleased information, would not provide details regarding the assessment.

A draft U.N. resolution proposed Wednesday would impose tough sanctions on North Korea's weapons exports and financial dealings and allow inspections of suspect cargo in ports and on the high seas. North Korea has threatened to retaliate if new sanctions are adopted. North Korea already is a pariah to many countries and has been under tough economic sanctions for years. Last month's reported test defied a Security Council resolution adopted after the North's first underground atomic blast in October 2006.

Who knows? We'll just wait and see.

Binyamin Netanyahu is expected to endorse a “two-state solution” in a much-heralded speech this weekend, but he may stall on American demands to freeze Jewish settlements in the West Bank.

Feeling the squeeze between the US Administration, which wants a moratorium on settlement growth and a commitment to a Palestinian state, and his national-religious coalition, which favours neither, the Israeli Prime Minister appears likely to try to steer a middle course.

Iranians vote in an election that could decide whether the country opens up to the West or deepens its isolation. Four candidates are running but the race is between the hardline President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, and the reformist Mir-Hossein Mousavi. Picking a winner is very difficult and the vote is likely to go to a run-off election next week.

Thus what happens in Israel and Iran over the weekend could very likely have a major impact on where the Mid-east goes for the rest of the year.
